Program Enrollment

Patients can enroll in the Ranexa Connect Co-pay Card Program by calling 1-866-566-6374 or visiting www.RanexaConnect.com.

To request a supply of co-pay cards for your office to distribute to your patients, call 1-888-726-3925 or contact your Gilead Sales Specialist.

Program Eligibility

Most patients covered by a commercial insurance plan are eligible to use the Ranexa Connect Co-pay Card. The patient is responsible for the first $5 of their prescription. This card can then be applied toward the remaining out-of-pocket expense up to $70 per month of their prescription. This card can be used a maximum of 12 times annually for a maximum annual benefit of $840.

This offer is not valid for prescriptions reimbursed under Medicaid, Medicare, or other federal or state programs. This offer is not valid in Massachusetts.
