Once you have activated your Ranexa Connect Co-pay Card,
simply show it to your pharmacist when filling your prescription.

Pay the first $5 of your prescription, then the Ranexa Connect
Co-pay Card covers up to $70 per month. This card can be used a maximum of 12 times annually for a maximum benefit of $840.

Eligibility

  • Most patients with commercial prescription insurance are eligible for the Ranexa Connect Co-pay Card.
  • The offer is not valid for prescriptions reimbursed under Medicaid, Medicare, or other federal or state programs. To learn about other options, call 1-888-726-3925.
